Although I put so much love and care into these candles to make sure they're perfected, I am human! Please contact sinsationsoycandles@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
**No returns/exchanges for marked down items**
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 business days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email including an image of the damage to sinsationsoycandles@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item has the "backorder" option available, please allow at least ONE week from your order date for shipping. Thank you!
